msiexec.exe intermittently fails to uninstall

msiexec.exe fails to uninstall intermittently.
This behaviour is seen only when msiexec.exe silent uninstall is triggered.

I see the below errors in uninstall log during the failed uninstall. But the error logs are not helpful.
